Day 1 Arrive Toronto Upon arrival at Toronto’s International Airport transfer independently by limousine or taxi to your downtown hotel (transfer not included).

Day 2 Toronto City Tour Experience the sights of Canada’s largest and most diverse city. Tour highlights include: the Eaton Centre, Chinatown, CN Tower, and Old and New City Halls with opportunity for pictures along the way. Optional drop off is available at the Harbour Tour and the CN Tower.

Day 3 Halifax This morning enjoy your exploration with a stop at the Halifax Museum of Natural History. Discover the natural wonders of Nova Scotia all under one roof in the heart of Halifax city.

Day 4 Toronto to Montreal (Rail) Enjoy the facilities of the Business class lounge while waiting for boarding instructions. Complimentary newspapers and non-alcoholic beverages are available in the lounge. Follow the shores of Lake Ontario, one of the five Great Lakes of North America, to Trenton Junction, where the St. Lawrence River flows from the lake. Passing the village of Napanee, look south as you cross the river to view a series of beautiful waterfalls. The city of Kingston is an historic Canadian city, being the early capital of the “Province of Canada” (1841-1867) and is the birthplace of Canada’s first Prime Minister, Sir John A. Macdonald. Here, you cross the Rideau Canal, built in 1832 to connect Kingston with Ottawa and was originally designed after the War of 1812 to guarantee a supply route north of the US border in the event of another war. Past Cornwall, the line enters the Province of Quebec. Approaching Montreal, cross the Ottawa River to Dorval, before arriving at Central Station in Montreal. The station is located below the Queen Elizabeth Hotel in the heart of downtown. (lunch is included today)

Day 5 Quebec City Sightseeing Tour Quebec City is the heart of French Canada. Nowhere else in North America is the appearance and atmosphere of an old-world city so complete. Quebec City looks and feels very European; perhaps that is why the entire old section of the town was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1985. Today qualified guides will help you discover the enchanting sights which are part of Quebec City’s history.

Day 6 Montreal City Tour, evening departure to Moncton (Rail) This morning enjoy a comprehensive 3 hour tour of Montreal, taking in over 20 points of interest including the Notre Dame Basilica, St. Joseph’s Oratory, Old Montreal, the French Quarter, views of the Olympic Site and a panoramic view over the city from Mt. Royal. Later in the afternoon board VIA Rail to Moncton. This evening enjoy the scenic vista through the rural communities of Quebec’s south shore. Overnight on VIA Rail. (dinner is included today)

Day 7 Morning On-board VIA Rail, afternoon transfer to Charlottetown Wake to views of the Atlantic Ocean, rolling hills, and quaint coastal villages that appear frozen in time. Shortly before lunch, arrive in the city of Moncton. Upon disembarking the train take an included private transfer to Charlottetown via the Confederation Bridge, this 13 km bridge which joins Cape Jourimain, New Brunswick and Borden-Carleton, Prince Edward Island and is the longest bridge over ice covered waters in the world. The Bridge was opened on May 31, 1997. (breakfast is included today)

Day 8 P.E.I. Island Drives & Anne of Green Gables Tour Today enjoy views of rolling farmlands, stunning seascapes, tiny villages and bustling harbours along the Green Gables Shore (scenic drive) as we get ready to tour the North Shore area. Brief photo stops at quaint little fishing villages, lighthouses and world class PEI National Park – Cavendish Beach. Tour Green Gables House, an old farm site that inspired L.M. Montgomery’s first novel, Anne of Green Gables, published in 1908. A must see attraction will be at Prince Edward Island Preserve Company, located in one of Canada’s prettiest village. The company uses locally grown fruit to make delicious jams and marmalades.

Day 9 Morning sightseeing tour of Charlottetown, afternoon transfer to Moncton Discover the history and charm of Canada’s Birthplace as you ride through the streets of Charlottetown. View Province House, Beaconsfield, Historic Great George Street, Charlottetown Driving Park, The Lieutenant Governor’s House, Victoria Park, University of Prince Edward Island, residential areas, and much more. Then early afternoon depart on a private transfer back over the Confederation Bridge to Moncton.

Day 10 Hopewell Rocks & Bay of Fundy Coastal Tour This full day tour is the best way to experience the dramatic rise and fall of the Bay of Fundy tides. This 13 km bridge which joins Cape Jourimain, New Brunswick and Borden-Carleton, Prince Edward Island and is the longest bridge over ice covered waters in the world. The Bridge was opened on May 31, 1997.

Day 5 Morning sightseeing tour of Charlottetown Discover the history and charm of Canada’s Birthplace as you ride through the streets of Charlottetown. View Province House, Beaconsfield, Historic Great George Street, Charlottetown Driving Park, The Lieutenant Governor’s House, Victoria Park, University of Prince Edward Island, residential areas, and much more. The afternoon is free to explore the city on your own.

Day 6 Island Drives & Anne of Green Gables Tour, evening transfer to Moncton Today enjoy views of rolling farmlands, stunning seascapes, tiny villages and bustling harbours along the Green Gables Shore (scenic drive) as we get ready to tour the North Shore area. Brief photo stops at quaint little fishing villages, lighthouses and world class PEI National Park – Cavendish Beach. Tour Green Gables House, an old farm site that inspired L.M. Montgomery’s first novel, Anne of Green Gables, published in 1908. A must see attraction will be at Prince Edward Island Preserve Company, located in one of Canada’s prettiest village. The company uses locally grown fruit to make delicious jams and marmalades. In the evening, depart on a private transfer over the Confederation Bridge to Moncton.

Day 7 Hopewell Rocks & Bay of Fundy Coastal Tour This full day tour is the best way to experience the dramatic rise and fall of the Bay of Fundy tides. You’ll see the world’s highest tides, pristine vistas, intriguing fossils, dramatic coastal landscapes near Cape Enrage, the charming fishing village of Alma and the oldest operational lighthouse on mainland New Brunswick. These world heritage sites will take your breath away.

Day 8 Moncton to Montreal The day is at leisure to enjoy the sites of Moncton before boarding the train in the late afternoon. From Moncton, New Brunswick journey overnight in the comfort of ‘Easterly Class’ through the rural communities of Quebec’s south shore to Montreal, Quebec. (dinner is included today)

Day 9 Morning arrival into Montreal, afternoon Montreal City Tour Arrive in Montreal. This afternoon enjoy a comprehensive 3 hour tour of Montreal, taking in over 20 points of interest including the Notre Dame Basilica, St. Joseph’s Oratory, Old Montreal, the French Quarter, views of the Olympic Site and a panoramic view over the city from Mt. Royal. (breakfast is included today)

Day 10 Quebec City Sightseeing Tour Quebec City is the heart of French Canada. Nowhere else in North America is the appearance and atmosphere of an old-world city so complete. Quebec City looks and feels very European; perhaps that is why the entire old section of the town was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1985. Today qualified guides will help you discover the enchanting sights which are part of Quebec City’s history.

Day 11 Montreal to Toronto Today you will travel on VIA Rail in Business class from Montreal to Toronto. (lunch is included today)

Day 12 Toronto City Tour Experience the sights of Canada’s largest and most diverse city. Tour highlights include the Eaton Centre, Chinatown, CN Tower, and Old and New City Halls with opportunity for pictures along the way. Optional drop off is available at the Harbour Tour and the CN Tower.

Day 13 Niagara Falls Day Tour Travel by air-conditioned motorcoach for a breathtaking, full-day tour through the orchard-laden Niagara Peninsula to Niagara Falls, one of the great wonders of the world.
