What is your favorite place in Canada?
I love Tofino! The wide, sandy beaches, rainforests, and delicious seafood make it such a special place. Big Daddy's Fish Fry serves one of the best Caesars I've ever had, and I always make a point to stop at Goats on the Roof on the way — it’s such a fun and quirky detour.
What is your best travel memory in Canada?
One of my best travel memories in Canada was rafting and watching bald eagles in Squamish with my friends. The scenery was beautiful, with misty landscapes and vibrant nature all around. Sitting by the campfire afterward felt quintessentially British Columbia.
What one thing in Canada should you experience at least once in your life?
Going to Northern Canada should be on everyone’s list. I would love to go back to Yellowknife. I went there in November 2023 to see the Northern Lights (they were mesmerizing) but my local tour guide, said the northern lights are even more clear during February and Snowkings’ Winter Festival (also in February) is “pretty cool.”
