What is your favorite place in Canada?
My favorite place in Canada is Vancouver. I’ve lived here for a few years, yet I still find new things to love about the city every day. I love the hustle and bustle, the awesome food scene, and each neighborhood's personality. However, I also love nature, and having mountains, forests, and wildlife just a short way from your front doorstep is something most cities can’t offer. The West Coast is a truly special place, and I am thankful to live here!
What is your best travel memory in Canada?
Visiting Montreal for a long weekend. I loved the food, wandering around Old Montreal, and the endless number of attractions like La Grande Roue de Montreal and the biodome. There’s an interesting blend of European and Canadian culture that you can only find in Montreal!
What one thing in Canada should you experience at least once in your life?
The Okanagan wineries! So many people think of Italy, France, or New Zealand when they think of wine - but there’s such a thriving industry right in the Okanagan Valley. There’s no better way to spend a hot summer day than by exploring the various wineries spanning the lakeside.
