Jennifer organized a trip for myself, my husband, my daughter and her 4 children to Banff, Lake Louise, and Jasper. The transportation, accommodations, and tours were superb. We had a little rocky start on arrival with transportation to Calgary hotel but Jennifer went out of her way to take care of it immediately. I cannot say enough about the service we received. Everything else ran very smoothly and we thoroughly enjoyed our time spent there.

From the driver that met us at Seattle Airport, to the staff at Alexis hotel, everyone made us feel welcome. The Via Rail trip was great and once we picked up the vehicle in Jasper we could not believe that the sights of the Rockies could get any better, but they did!

We really enjoyed our tour

of eastern Canada with Canada Rail Vacations. Andre was very helpful and responsive to questions as we researched and booked the tour. There was a good combination of scheduled tours and free time to explore on our own. This is not a tour where you travel with one large group and guide the whole time. We liked that it was more like traveling on our own but with hotels, train, and some (not all) transportation was pre-planned.

We wanted to thank Jasmine Wong and Canada Rail Vacations. for our great fly and self-drive vacation traveling to Banff, Lake Louise, Jasper, Edmonton & Drumheller AB from July 24th to August 1st. We had a great time. Good accommodation. Great venues - Banff Sulphur Mt. Gondola, Banff Hot Springs, Columbia Icefield excursion and Tyrell Museum. The weather was perfect, the scenery was breathtaking and the wildlife sightings in and around Jasper and Elk Island National Park were an extra special bonus. We are back again from a wonderful trip in the Rockies. Everything was great! The Fairmont hotels we loved it. We had wonderful rooms in each hotel, the bus transfers very good arranged. We enjoyed our trips - snowshoeing, ice canyon walk, sleigh-ride, is was all fantastic! I was happily surprised with the informative travel documents with the lonely planet guide that we received on arrival in the Banff Springs hotel. So we want to thank you and your colleagues very much for arranging this wonderful trip for us! When we go back in future to Canada we will contact you again. Will recommend your company!
