The ENTIRE trip was seamless and went off without a hitch. I cannot say enough good things about Andre, our Senior Travel Designer, who helped us every step of the way.

To celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, my wife and I just took the Canadian Rockies Rail Winter Escapades trip, with the VIA Rail Prestige class and upgraded Fairmont hotel options. First of all, he wanted to understand the purpose of our trip and if we had been to these locations before. He also ensured the hotels knew this was a celebration trip. He really wanted this to be a perfect trip for us. The trip was absolutely FANTASTIC! From start to finish, every detail, every adventure, every day! VIA Rail and the Fairmonts treated us very special. Thank you, Andre, for putting together such a special trip for us!!

We had a fabulous time on our Canadian adventure!

We loved everything that was planned. The train trip to Montreal worked out really well, they kept bringing us food and drinks and the seats and views were great. Then we arrived and just had to go up the elevator to our hotel which was beautiful and had a wonderful view from our room. The food tour the next day was really fun- lots of good tastes and sights to see! All in all, the trip was fab so thanks again for all your help!

We wanted to thank Jasmine Wong and Canada Rail Vacations. for our great fly and self-drive vacation traveling to Banff, Lake Louise, Jasper, Edmonton & Drumheller AB from July 24th to August 1st. We had a great time. Good accommodation. Great venues - Banff Sulphur Mt. Gondola, Banff Hot Springs, Columbia Icefield excursion and Tyrell Museum. The weather was perfect, the scenery was breathtaking and the wildlife sightings in and around Jasper and Elk Island National Park were an extra special bonus. What a trip!!! Thank you Karen J. from Canada Rail Vacations! What a trip!!!! Karen J. from Canada Rail Vacations was amazing in helping us to plan our once in a lifetime trip! Everything was planned perfectly. Thanks to Karen, we stayed in the beautiful Rimrock hotel in Banff- across of the Hot springs and five minutes away from the Gondola. We were picked up for our day trips from our hotel and enjoyed the beauty of the place. In Jasper-Karen suggested to stay at Fairmont Jasper. We LOVED the resort and got a beautiful cabin on the lake. That was an amazing surprise for us! Again the day trips were well organized from A to Z. We finished the trip with a two day ride on the Mountaineer from Jasper to Vancouver (we got the silver leaf and we were so very happy with it). Canada Rail vacation's staff always responded by email of a phone call, also when Karen was away.
