We are back again from a wonderful trip in the Rockies. Everything was great! The Fairmont hotels we loved it. We had wonderful rooms in each hotel, the bus transfers very good arranged. We enjoyed our trips - snowshoeing, ice canyon walk, sleigh-ride, is was all fantastic! I was happily surprised with the informative travel documents with the lonely planet guide that we received on arrival in the Banff Springs hotel. We have just come back from 10+ days tour from Vancouver to Jasper/Lake Louise/Banff/Kamloops back to Vancouver via train/bus. We had a great time. From the overnight train to Jasper, through the ice fields to Lake Louise and on to Banff, the accommodations could not have been better. The Banff Springs Hotel was breathtaking.

I loved the trip!

You did a great job of offering me excursions that were just right for me. The train portion was wonderful! I had never been overnight on a train. I would highly recommend Canada Rail Vacations and would certainly use them again when going to another area they service.

Jennifer organized a trip for myself, my husband, my daughter and her 4 children to Banff, Lake Louise, and Jasper. The transportation, accommodations, and tours were superb. We had a little rocky start on arrival with transportation to Calgary hotel but Jennifer went out of her way to take care of it immediately. I cannot say enough about the service we received. Everything else ran very smoothly and we thoroughly enjoyed our time spent there.
