Stephanie was born and raised on the Sunshine Coast, British Columbia in Canada.
Growing up, she was fortunate enough to travel the world with her family.
Being a young traveler at heart, Stephanie dreamed about a future in tourism; she wanted to include travel in her life, every way possible; this inspired her to complete a degree in tourism.
Through her travels and experience as a product specialist, she has a keen eye for detail and for qualifying exceptional experiences.
What is your favorite place in Canada?
The Sunshine Coast, British Columbia! It’s an outdoor lover’s paradise and still feels undiscovered in some ways. Whether you’re hiking in the Tetrahedron or Skookumchuck Narrows Provincial Park, or boating around the small islands surrounding the coast –the whole area is so peaceful.
Tell us about a special discovery that you’ve made in Canada or Alaska.
A special discovery and easily accessible activity is the Sea to Sky Gondola, located in Squamish, British Columbia. You can bask in the spectacular views of the Squamish Chief, Shannon Falls, and the Howe Sound or connect to one of the back-country trails for some hiking if you're feeling adventurous!
What one thing in Canada should you experience at least once in your life?
Everyone should experience being at the top of Grouse Mountain in the winter, and seeing the sun set upon the ocean, with the glowing city in the southeast. After watching the glistening sunset from the patio, you can walk a few steps outside and enjoy activities such as, snowboarding or skiing and ice-skating under twinkling lights – a winter wonderland experience!
