We were a group of 7 from New Zealand. Jennifer organised our trip through two of our group who then liaised with the rest of our team. We did a self drive from Vancouver & stopped for two nights at Whistler, SunPeaks, Jasper, Banff, Calgary including the Stampede, back to Banff to catch the Rocky Mountainer train for two days ending back in Vancouver. Not one problem! The accommodation was perfect at every stop. The tours and activities she chose for us were spot on. Every part of our trip was well thought out and there were no hitches. Dale and I just returned from our "Ice Field Discovery" trip. Our vacation could not have been better! Everything was taken care of so we did not have to worry about anything! The train trip was a throw back in time to the 1950's and reminded me of the Zephyr that I rode as a child. Of course, there were many upgrades but the ambiance was so romantic! The bus trip from Jasper to Lake Louise was great. It was an intimate charter bus so we made friends with the other passengers. We made several stops on our journey for pictures and points of interest. Our driver was fantastic. Lake Louise and Banff were the highlights! Our hotel accommodations were upgraded so we got to stay in the "gold" area of the hotel. It was very special.

My planner this year was Paulina. I was very happy with her from start to finish. I did the same type of trip last year to Vancouver Sunshine Coast and Island and was very happy with the travel designer I had then too. Same with another trip earlier was to the Atlantic provinces. . On every trip we were very pleased with the outcome and the one or two tiny glitches that occurred were handled promptly and to a satisfactory conclusion. Being older our self drive touring days are probably over but I would definitely recommend this to anyone - but especially to young parents with families.
