I would like to highly commend travel agent Alekh Singh for putting together a customized, detailed itinerary for both East and West Canada. We are not young, my husband has mobility issues, and we are on a tight budget, but Alekh made it work. He was super prompt in the communication from Vancouver to Melbourne, very patient with all my extra requests, and went above and beyond in ensuring all our needs & wants were accommodated for. He even checked with hotels re mobility and threw in some extra bonuses. I cannot speak highly enough of his efficient service and especially of his kindness, care, and attention to individual detail, something quite rare these days. You did a great job of offering me excursions that were just right for me. The train portion was wonderful! I had never been overnight on a train.
