We had a great time. Good accommodation. Great venues - Banff Sulphur Mt. Gondola, Banff Hot Springs, Columbia Icefield excursion and Tyrell Museum. The weather was perfect, the scenery was breathtaking and the wildlife sightings in and around Jasper and Elk Island National Park were an extra special bonus. I would like to highly commend travel agent Alekh Singh for putting together a customized, detailed itinerary for both East and West Canada. We are not young, my husband has mobility issues, and we are on a tight budget, but Alekh made it work. He was super prompt in the communication from Vancouver to Melbourne, very patient with all my extra requests, and went above and beyond in ensuring all our needs & wants were accommodated for. He even checked with hotels re mobility and threw in some extra bonuses. I cannot speak highly enough of his efficient service and especially of his kindness, care, and attention to individual detail, something quite rare these days. We know everything will be arranged and we will be looked after - thanks to Alekh and Canada Rail.
